Our Objective
With This Project, We Aim to Promote
— Computational Thinking Skills
Develop the youth’s computational thinking skills and increase their overall competitiveness through digital literacy building in coding lessons that address the resolution of problems as a productive process.
— Relational & Psychosocial Development
Facilitating relational development and social integration via the ‘Adult-Youth Partnership Scheme’ that involves resourceful adult partners within the youth’s communities and promotes teamwork and meaningful interactions.
— Community Involvement
Build greater confidence, sense of competence, motivation and grit in solving problems to bridge digital gaps and social divides.
— Collaborative Engagement with Schools
Moving beyond focusing on technology itself, we emphasize students’ ability to identify, use and create information in a beneficial way for the society, with the joint-effort from teachers of different subjects.
— Assessment & Evaluation
Evaluate the psychosocial parametric properties of the underprivileged in developing their computational thinking through coding; and refine the conceptual framework of computational thinking for underprivileged groups.

Collaborative School in HK
The Project is currently collaborating with seven pioneering schools in pilot implementation of the coding curriculum and the adult-youth partnership scheme among secondary students. Teacher professional development workshops and project showcase will be organized to encourage inter-school exchange of new ideas and insights in teaching and learning.
